About The Role

Deploy, configure, and maintain network infrastructure including WAN circuits, LAN/WAN environments, routers, switches, and firewalls.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco or Juniper network devices.
Monitor network performance and system health to ensure reliability and availability.
Perform preventive maintenance and identify potential network issues before impact occurs.
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues involving:
Routing and Switching
VLANs
TCP/IP
DNS
DHCP
VPN
Firewall systems
Support server infrastructure operations and related IT systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
3+ years of experience in network administration, server operations, or IT infrastructure support.
Hands-on experience with Cisco or Juniper networking equipment.
Experience with WAN circuit provisioning and troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of:
TCP/IP
VLAN
DNS
DHCP
VPN
Routing & Switching
Firewall technologies
Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
