About The Role

Extend existing web UI and API automation frameworks with new test scenarios
Collaborate with the team during migration to a new platform
Design and develop Python-based automation frameworks
Select appropriate technologies and approaches for automation solutions
Integrate automation frameworks into CI/CD pipelines
Develop, execute, and maintain automated tests
Collaborate with development and QA teams to investigate issues and improve testing strategies
Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and quality reporting activities
Mentor Junior specialists and support knowledge sharing within the team
4+ years of experience in test automation
Strong Python skills with the ability to write maintainable and scalable test code
Strong experience with Playwright
Strong experience in Web API testing using REST and HTTP protocols
Solid understanding of test design techniques
Strong knowledge of software design patterns and engineering principles
Experience building automation frameworks from scratch
Practical experience with functional, regression, smoke, sanity, UI, integration, E2E, API, localization, and cross-browser testing
Good AWS knowledge and understanding of cloud-based architectures
Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or GitLab CI
Strong Git workflows and collaboration practices
Upper-Intermediate level of English
