What You'll Be Doing

- Manage the end-to-end supplier compliance lifecycle in line with our Code of Conduct.
- -
- Lead worker voice and supplier engagement initiatives.
- -
- Support human rights due diligence and Modern Slavery compliance.
- -
- Drive supplier environmental programs, including Higg FEM (Worldly).
- -
- Partner with Supply Chain to strengthen traceability and supplier risk management.
- -
- Lead and support two on-ground team members.
- -
- Deliver supplier training and continuous improvement initiatives.
- -
- Maintain compliance systems and improve processes through technology and automation.
- -
- Collaborate across Merch, Supply Chain and Production to embed social responsibility standards and expectations into supplier relationships.

Skills & Experience
- -
- 4+ years' experience in ethical sourcing, social responsibility or supply chain sustainability.
- -
- Experience managing supplier compliance, factory audits and corrective action plans.
- -
- Knowledge of human rights, modern slavery and worker voice programs.
- -
- Experience with ethical sourcing platforms such as Sedex, Elevate EiQ, OSC or Worldly (Higg FEM).
- -
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted supplier relationships.
- -
- Highly organised, with strong problem-solving and project management skills.
- -
- Experience working across global supply chains or with remote teams is highly regarded.
- -
- Mandarin or Vietnamese language skills are advantageous.
