Role Overview

We are seeking a Client Solutions professional (1–3 years experience) for a full time role based in Vietnam.

This is a client-facing role involving expert engagement management, research support, and client servicing. The ideal candidate is fluent in English , and comfortable working in a fast-paced, global, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client & Expert Engagement Management

• Manage end-to-end expert matching between clients and industry experts, with a focus on projects
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of expert insights
• Coordinate effectively between clients and experts across regions

1. Research & Consulting Support

• Support clients with market research, industry benchmarking, and competitive analysis focused on projects
• Translate client requirements into structured research outputs
• Provide clear and actionable insights to support decision-making

1. Client Support & Delivery

• Support ongoing client engagement and project execution
• Assist in managing client requests and ensuring smooth delivery of outcomes
• Help maintain high client satisfaction and responsiveness

1. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with internal global teams to deliver projects
• Ensure seamless coordination across time zones and stakeholders
• Support efficient execution of client deliverables in a remote setup

What We Are Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in consulting, research, recruitment, client servicing, or related fields
• Strong proficiency in English (mandatory)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical thinking and research capability
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
• Interest in consulting, markets, and business strategy
