Software Business Analyst [Mid-Level / Bangkok Office-Based]

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Software Business Analyst [Mid-Level] to join our Bangkok-based team.

In this role, you will work closely with clients, BDs, stakeholders, and development teams to analyze business needs and design effective custom software solutions. You will play a key role from pre-sale through project delivery, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical implementation.

You will also act as a trusted advisor to clients, recommending process improvements and helping them make informed decisions when balancing priorities, scope, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis work during pre-sale and project delivery.
• Meet with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and project goals.
• Gather and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Translate requirements into clear user stories for the development team.
• Create process flow diagrams to explain system workflows.
• Work closely with developers and architects to design practical solutions.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum activities such as sprint planning and reviews.
• Validate solutions during development and UAT.
• Identify risks and communicate issues early.
• Use AI tools to help analyze requirements and organize information.
• Mentor junior or mid-level Business Analysts when needed.

Requirements

• Thai Nationality
• 5–7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software or system development.
• Experience working on complex software projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Thai (spoken and written).
• Strong communication, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiar with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar tools .
• Understanding of APIs (REST) or data analysis (SQL) is a plus.
• Experience in FinTech, AI, E-commerce, ERP, or Logistics is an advantage.
