Support the growth and smooth execution of marine service activities by combining customer-facing sales support with hands-on service coordination. The new joiner will located in Varna, Bulgaria and will works closely with customers, service engineers, workshop teams and internal functions to ensure responsive, high-quality service delivery and to identify commercial opportunities in the maritime market.
Your responsibility
Customer & Sales Support
- Develop and maintain relationships with shipowners, ship managers, shipyards and other marine customers
- Support the preparation of quotations, service proposals and contract renewals in cooperation with Sales and Technical teams
- Follow up on customer requests and commercial opportunities, ensuring timely and professional communication
- Identify opportunities for spare parts, field service, workshop repairs and service agreements
- Participate in customer visits and support commercial discussions with technical and operational input
Service Coordination
- Coordinate workshop and field service activities from customer request through job completion
- Plan and monitor service schedules, technicians, tools, spare parts and subcontractors
- Ensure service jobs are delivered on time and in line with customer expectations and company standards
- Act as a key point of contact between customers, service engineers, workshop teams and internal stakeholders
- Support maintenance planning, troubleshooting and issue resolution for marine customers
Operational Support & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor open jobs, priorities, costs and service performance
- Maintain accurate records in company systems and ensure correct job documentation
- Support the application of work instructions, HSE requirements and quality procedures
- Contribute to improvements in service processes, customer response times and operational efficiency
- Help ensure the availability and proper use of workshop and field service tools and equipment
Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Technical, Supply Chain and Finance teams to support service execution and business growth
- Coordinate with external service providers and subcontractors when required
- Share customer feedback and market information to support business development initiatives

Your background
- Technical or commercial education; a marine, mechanical or engineering background is an advantage
- Approximately 3–5 years of experience in sales, customer service, service coordination or after-sales activities
- Previous experience in the marine or maritime sector is strongly preferred
- Good understanding of technical service activities, spare parts and customer support
- Confident communication and relationship-building skills
- Practical, organized and customer-focused approach
- Ability to coordinate several activities and stakeholders at the same time
- English: working proficiency
