Job Description Summary
Provides behavioral health clinical supervision to assigned staff in various departments. Leads team members in assigned areas by demonstrating and providing advanced knowledge of clinical responsibilities which includes the provision of individual, group and family therapy services.
Job Description
Provides group and individual clinical supervision, coaching, mentoring, and support of team members' clinical performance in the areas of clinical competence, ethics, documentation, and quality management. Provides guidance to team members on the handling of complex or novel issues. Communicates with managers regarding the clinical supervision being provided to their staff.
Assists assigned supervisee’s with coordinating services, prioritizing assignments and workflow, and promoting situational decision making/problem solving.
Works with department leadership to develop or establish trainings related to identified clinical needs, required continuing education, and general clinical support to staff or students as assigned.
Serves as a positive role model for team members by working with them to promote teamwork, communication, and cooperation.

The hourly pay range shown represents the base pay range for this position. Individual pay is determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and market considerations. In addition to base pay, eligible team members may earn additional compensation through shift, weekend, holiday, on-call, and other applicable differentials.
