WAS DU TUN WIRST

• Textilpflege & Reparatur: Du übernahmst kleinere Reinigungs-, Näh- und Reparaturaufgaben an unseren Premiumprodukten.
• Gerätehandhabung: Du arbeitest täglich mit technischen Hilfsmitteln und Geräten wie Bügeltisch, Nähmaschine und speziellen Textilpflegemitteln.
• Qualitätssicherung: Du führst gewissenhaft Qualitätsprüfungen an Produkten im Luxus- und Premiumsegment durch.
• Logistikunterstützung: Du arbeitest aktiv beim Picken, Kommissionieren, der Einlagerung von Neuware sowie bei Inventuren im Warehouse mit.

WAS DU MITBRINGST

• Erfahrung: Berufserfahrung in der Textil-, Reinigungs- oder Textilreparaturbranche sowie im Umgang mit Textilpflegemitteln ist Grundvoraussetzung.
• Mindset: Eine selbstständige, flexible und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise (Quereinsteiger*innen sind herzlich willkommen!).
• Sprachgenie: Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch oder Englisch.
• Systemkenntnisse: Technische Kenntnisse in MS Windows sowie Microsoft Navision sind von Vorteil.
• Schichtbereitschaft: Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit im wöchentlichen Wechsel (Frühschicht: 05:35 – 14:25 Uhr | Spätschicht: 14:25 – 23:15 Uhr).

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Textile Care & Repair: Perform small cleaning, sewing, and repair tasks on our high-end premium products.
• Equipment Handling: Daily operation of technical equipment (ironing table, sewing machine) and professional textile care products.
• Quality Control: Conduct precise quality checks on products within the luxury and premium segment.
• Warehouse Support: Actively support order picking, goods receiving, put-away processes, and stock inventories.

WHO YOU ARE

• Experience: Prior experience in the textile, dry cleaning, or textile repair industry, as well as handling textile care products, is required.
• Mindset: Independent, flexible, and team-oriented approach (career changers are very welcome!).
• Languages: Good command of either German or English.
• Technical Skills: Basic IT skills (MS Windows package); experience with Microsoft Navision is a plus.
• Shift Work: Willingness to work in weekly rotating shifts (Early shift: 5:35 am – 2:25 pm | Late shift: 2:25 pm – 11:15 pm).
