About the role

Our Fulfilment Centre plays a vital role in supporting our stores and customers. By accurately packing and delivering our customer online orders in full and on time, we work together to elevate pressure off our stores and exceed customer expectations.

We provide an adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above at $30.31 per hour for this role.

As a Job Board Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our online order support operations. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and managing orders via our job board system, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring our fulfilment processes run smoothly and safely. Prior l ogistics experience is desirable for this role.

  • Build strong relationships with all i nternal stakeholders such as Account Managers and local stores
  • Support accurate orders for our account management teams
  • Work with our CRM system stakeholders to ensure all interactions are delivered through this system to become one point for our customers
  • Listen & action customer feedback to improve overall customer service experience whilst supporting the relationship and retention of our customer base

Who we’re looking for

Our Job Board Specialist s are the key communicator s between the floor team and our customers. Monitoring and managing the job board system, to ensure all orders are processed efficiently and our customers are kept in the loop.

Customer satisfaction and safety is our to p priority. Job Board Specialists c oordinat e with various teams and stakeholders to maintain a seamless operation and uphold safety standards.
