About The Role

A leading Group of Companies based in Piraeus, Greece , is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive the growth of its Corporate Travel Services business through the acquisition and development of Corporate Travel Accounts .

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to identify and acquire new corporate travel accounts.
  • Prepare and execute targeted sales plans and client acquisition strategies.
  • Build, develop, and maintain strong long-term relationships with both existing and prospective corporate clients.
  • Manage new client accounts in accordance with the company's commercial policies and service standards.
  • Establish and achieve quarterly sales targets and business development objectives.
  • Present business development plans, sales performance, and market opportunities to the General Manager of the Travel Division.
  • Understand each client's travel requirements and prepare tailored proposals and commercial offers that meet their specific needs.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure the successful delivery of services and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Previous experience in a Business Development, Sales, or Corporate Travel Sales role; experience in the travel industry will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills, with a proven ability to sell services.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding business development and sales targets.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work methodically and effectively execute business plans.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems will be considered an advantage.
  • Valid driver's licence.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
