Pastry Chef
The French multinational company PAUL is looking for a Pastry Chef to join our team in Athens.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and finish pastry products according to PAUL recipes and quality standards
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation and portion control
- Follow all food safety, hygiene and HACCP procedures
- Maintain proper storage and handling of raw materials and finished products
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Pastry Kitchen Manager
- Minimize waste and ensure proper recording of damaged or out-of-specification products
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and equipment
- Work closely with the pastry and kitchen teams to ensure smooth daily operations
- Previous experience of 3–5 years as a Pastry Chef in a bakery, pastry shop or restaurant
- Passion for pastry and attention to detail
- Professionalism, reliability and strong work ethic
- Team-oriented attitude and positive mindset
- Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of English will be considered an advantage
- Valid Health Certificate required for employment in food service establishments
- Food Safety / HACCP certification will be considered an asset
- Net salary of €950 (5-day work schedule)
- €100 Edenred meal card every month
- Sunday pay premiums in accordance with labor law
- Full legal insurance ( 14 salaries per year )
- Holiday pay, Christmas and Easter bonuses and all statutory employment benefits
- Stable weekly work schedule
- Retention Bonus (gross):
- €200 after 3 months
- €300 after 6 months
