1. Quản lý dữ liệu, chứng từ hàng nhập/ xuất/ tồn kho / Manage data on system and documents import/ export/ inventory at the warehouse.

• Cập nhật, quản lý dữ liệu đơn hàng nhập, hàng xuất trên hệ thống thực hiện theo đúng quy trình nhập hàng, xuất hàng đã đưa ra.

Update and manage import and export order data on the system as per procedures.

• Xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh trong quá trình nhập/xuất /tồn.

Handle problems on during import/ export/ inventory.

• Làm việc với khách hàng để có kế hoạch nhập/xuất.

Work closly with customers to have an import/export plan.

• Phối hợp với Trưởng nhóm dữ liệu để xử lý các vấn đề liên quan đến tồn kho.

Collaborate with Data Team Leader to handle inventory-related issues.

• Chịu trách nhiệm về các KPI liên quan đến quy trình xuất nhập hàng.

Responsible for KPIs related to the import and export process.

• Lưu trữ, hồ sơ chứng từ theo đúng quy định.

Store and record documents in accordance with regulations.

1. Tổng hợp dữ liệu và các báo cáo liên quan đến xuất nhập hàng/ Consolidate data and reports related to import/export goods:

• Tổng hợp các dữ liệu về hàng nhập/xuất (từ Nhà cung cấp, Nhập khẩu, Xuất khẩu, Khách hàng).

Consolidate data on imports/exports (from suppliers, importers, exporters, customers).

• Gửi báo cáo hàng ngày các trường hợp hàng hỏng phát sinh (Daily count), báo cáo xuất nhập, báo cáo empty Pallet.

Report a damaged goods (Daily count), import/ export, empty Pallet.

• Tuân thủ nội quy công ty, quy trình làm việc, quy định của khách hàng.

Comply with company regulations, working procedures and customer regulations.
