Weekend Host

We are looking for a friendly Weekend Showroom Host to join our Volkswagen Passenger Cars dealership in Poole.

As a Weekend Showroom Host , you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, welcoming them promptly and courteously, looking after them throughout their visit and keeping them updated. You’ll also answer and transfer incoming calls, liaise with relevant departments to support a smooth customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include

• Welcome and receive customers promptly and courteously
• Answering incoming calls and transferring promptly to the appropriate person/department
• Ordering stationery and consumables
• Looking after our customers during their visit and keeping them updated
• Liaising between customers and relevant departments

What you will need to be a Weekend Host at Volkswagen Passenger Cars

• Experience in a customer facing environment
• Computer skills essential
• Ability to use own initiative and multi-task
• Possess exceptional organisational skills
• Team player
• Flexibility to cover holidays/absence is essential
• Friendly and personable approach, with a polite and courteous manner

• Hours of work will be 20 hours a week , Friday: 8.00 am - 2.00 pm, Saturdays: 8.30 am - 5.00 pm, Sundays: 10.00 am - 4.00 pm
• A uniform will be provided
