Learning & Development Executive

The Role

We are looking for a Learning & Development Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping others grow, enjoys facilitating learning experiences, and wants to contribute to building a culture of continuous development across the organisation.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and deliver induction and onboarding programmes for new team members.
• Organise, facilitate and evaluate training programmes across the organisation.
• Support with the identification of learning needs and sourcing training solutions.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of the annual training plan.
• Work with other trainers in the organisation to develop engaging training materials, presentations and learning resources.
• Monitor and maintain training records, attendance and learning metrics.
• Support performance, talent and career development initiatives.
• Coordinate with external training providers, certifications and professional development opportunities.

About You

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Proven expertise in social media recruitment strategies
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• HR-related qualification or advanced education preferred
• Fluent in English; Maltese is an asset
