We are looking for

Launch Manager

At our location in One Mobility in Comonfort, Guanajuato (México). - Fit Voltaira

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or related
  • 5- 10 years of experience.
  • Advanced English.
  • Living near to Celaya, Gto or around.
  • Advanced Project Management

Your tasks

  • Manage and supervise the plant launch plan covering pre-SOP, SOP, and ramp-up phases. (Must Manage own Projects).
  • Supervise and coordinate the industrialization plan, including production lines, tooling, equipment, manpower, and required resource.
  • Assure launch timing alignment with customer requirements, internal milestones, and plant capacity.
  • Coordinate regular launch meetings and follow up on assigned actions with Plant Management.
  • Assure quality issues identified during initial builds, pre-series production, SOP, and ramp-up are followed up.
  • Assure the coordination, immediate containment and corrective actions for launch-related quality concerns
  • Work closely with the leadership of Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Supervise and track open launch actions and ensure timely closure before production starts.
  • Assure launch timing alignment with customer requirements, internal milestones, and plant capacity
