Role Overview

  • The Content Operations & Data Entry Officer will be responsible for creating, reviewing, updating, and maintaining accurate content across digital platforms.
  • The role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage high volumes of information accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and update events, products, categories, venues, schedules, pricing information, and related platform content.
  • Enter Arabic and English content accurately into content management and operational systems.
  • Review submitted content for completeness, consistency, spelling, formatting, and accuracy.
  • Upload images, descriptions, terms, schedules, seating information, and other relevant assets.
  • Ensure platform listings are published correctly and within agreed timelines.
  • Maintain consistent naming conventions, content structures, and data standards.
  • Conduct regular quality assurance checks across web and mobile platforms.
  • Identify missing, incorrect, outdated, or duplicated information and coordinate corrections.
  • Manage content update requests received from internal teams and project stakeholders.
  • Maintain trackers for pending, completed, and published content.
  • Support urgent updates during events, launches, schedule changes, or operational incidents.
  • Escalate technical issues, publishing errors, and data inconsistencies to the appropriate teams.
  • Coordinate with operations, marketing, customer support, technology, and commercial stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling unpublished events, pricing, schedules, and operational information.

Requirements

  • 2 or more years of experience in data entry, content operations, e-commerce operations, platform administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent Arabic and English typing and written-language skills.
  • Comfortable working with content management systems, spreadsheets, dashboards, and digital tools.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Ability to manage repetitive and high-volume tasks without compromising accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities.
  • Experience in ticketing, events, e-commerce, sports, entertainment, or digital platforms is preferred.
