Summary
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for day-to-day production and workflow of marketing projects including desktop publishing, traffic coordination, and planning for print and digital content. Works with internal stakeholders on reviews and approvals, and maintains our project management and intake system.
Job Description
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Performs traffic coordination and planning for print and digital content including consumer facing education materials, photo shoots, POP displays, print and digital advertisements, campaigns, email, and websites.
- Consults with stakeholders to define project requirements, communicates status, and suggests improvements.
- Provides for desktop publishing of print and digital content that adheres to ThedaCare’s brand standards.
- Ensures that creative assets in print and digital formats adhere to ThedaCare’s brand standards.
- Maintains and improves online project management system.
- Produces marketing reports and dashboards to monitor and improve quality and workflow efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, graphics communications, or related field
- Four years of experience in a corporate marketing and/or agency setting
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Ability to move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing, and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of twenty-five (25) pounds without assistance
- Job classification is not exposed to blood borne pathogens (blood or bodily fluids) while performing job duties
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Normally works in climate controlled office environment
- Frequent sitting with movement throughout office space
- Use of computers throughout the work day
- Frequent use of keyboard with repetitive motion of hands, wrists, and fingers
