Job Description

• Lead and manage retail debt management and collection strategy to achieve recovery targets.
• Monitor portfolio performance, delinquency trends, and NPLs; provide insights to management.
• Develop and enforce policies, controls, and processes in line with regulatory requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop debt management teams to improve performance and productivity.
