About The Role

Daily operation

  • Accurately complete daily accounting work on time, including timely transaction booking and clearing, etc.
  • Work on ad-hoc MJE and ad-hoc cross charge request.
  • Prepare reconciliation documents in Blackline system on time
  • Aging items follow up and clearing timely
  • Support audit and ad-hoc work
  • Keep DTP updated to latest operation practice.
  • effective control implementation

Period-End

  • Accurately complete all booking and settlement before period end closing deadline.
  • Prepare the reconciliation with bank, affiliates before closing, ensure there is no imbalance.
  • Issue the report on time with quality
