Purpose of the Role

To provide excellent customer service by handling customer enquiries by telephone and email, accurately maintaining records, and supporting day-to-day administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Answer and, where necessary, forward routine phone and email enquiries to the relevant colleague for further action.
  • Maintain and update customer records and databases.
  • Process customer requests.
  • Monitor shared inboxes and ensure service level targets are met.
  • Pass on customer queries that fall outside standard enquiries to the appropriate internal colleague.

This role does not include data validation, telematics device or supplier management, or investigation of technical/device issues.

Skills and Experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and telephone manner.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks.
  • Previous customer service or administrative experience desirable.

Working Hours

16 hours per week. Monday / Tuesday / Wednesday hours can be adjusted to suit.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, managing administrative tasks, and working as part of a busy team.
