VIP ACCOUNT MANAGER

• Providing personalised, high-quality customer service
• Developing personalised offers through optimised CRM management
• Analysing performance using KPIs
• Be fully trilingual in NL-FR-EN
• Have previous experience in customer service or sales, or hold a higher education qualification
• An interest in sport, casinos and bookmaking
• Excellent communication skills
• Good listening, analytical and problem-solving skills
