About the Role

  • We are looking for an experienced Program Manager (DGM/GM) to drive strategic initiatives for
  • Paytm's Lending EMI business. The role will own end-to-end program execution across No Cost
  • EMI, EMI at Checkout, and other lending solutions, ensuring seamless collaboration between
  • Business, Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Marketing, and external
  • partners. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Lending EMI
  • ecosystem, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience in driving large
  • cross-functional programs, process excellence, and business growth.

About the Team

  • The Lending EMI team is responsible for building and scaling innovative financing solutions by
  • collaborating with Banks, NBFCs, and internal teams to deliver seamless customer and merchant
  • experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • ● Drive end-to-end execution of strategic Lending EMI programs, ensuring timely delivery
  • against business goals.
  • ● Partner with cross-functional teams to manage program timelines, dependencies, risks,
  • and successful implementation.
  • ● Lead internal stakeholder management and align Business, Product, Technology,
  • Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Marketing teams.
  • ● Design and improve scalable processes to enhance operational efficiency and customer
  • experience.
  • ● Manage partner onboarding, technology integrations, governance, and ongoing
  • engagement with Banks and NBFCs.
  • ● Own subvention management, financial reconciliation, reporting, MIS, and program
  • governance.
  • ● Ensure brand alignment across product launches, merchant communication, and partner
  • initiatives.
  • ● Monitor program performance through data-driven insights and recommend process
  • and business improvements.
  • ● Stay abreast of market trends, EMI offerings, and competitive landscape to support
  • strategic initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ● Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • ● 6-12 years of experience in Program Management, FinTech, Banking, NBFC, Payments,
  • or Consumer Finance.
  • ● Hands-on experience with No Cost EMI, EMI at Checkout, Consumer Finance, or Digital
  • Lending.
  • ● Strong understanding of EMI products, subvention models, market practices, and
  • partner ecosystems.
  • ● Proven track record of managing cross-functional programs and delivering business
  • outcomes.
