We're looking for a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Sales Operations Specialist, to have real impact and bring Forever Caring to life.

In this role, you'll play a key part in sales operations , working alongside a dynamic team that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous growth.

Your key responsibilities will include

  • Working conditions: 6 months (review to extend to 1.5years, parental leave replacement)

Sales data collection, validation, and reporting

  • Collecting, validating and reporting sales (IMS; In Market Sales) data and information closely working with internal commercial and finance team regularly
  • Data collection, management and cleaning for IMS data
  • Supporting Sales Incentive target set up and calculating Sales Incentive
  • KPI tracking

Supporting commercial team/ Admin support

  • Following up internal Compliance system (Medcompli) and sample management
  • Assisting sales teams with sales reporting and individual account/sales territory planning
  • Assisting open payment reporting &logbook management
  • Supporting congress/consultancy/lecture-internal payment process
  • Managing dealer agreements and coding dashboard

Customer relationship management system execution and localization

  • Maintaining sales-related systems and databases (e.g.; customer relationship management systems such as Dynamic 365, Showpad, etc. by closely collaborating with Korean commercial teams (Sales and Marketing)
  • Creating and distributing CRM (Customer Relationship Management System) dashboards with KPI, also working on an ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions.

Sales Force Effectiveness Support

  • Assisting with market segmentation review
  • Supporting decision-making on resource allocation for each segment, etc

To be successful you will

  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to work to standards
  • Flexible and collaborate mindset
  • Intermediate level skills in MS Office
  • An excellent phone manner, with a clear and easy to understand voice
  • Excellent organizational skills, the ability to co-ordinate and priorities tasks, often juggling numerous tasks at the same time

Qualifications/Education

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 6 month - 1 year experience in a similar role
