This Product Manager will be a key member of our global team, working directly with our US clients on mission critical engagements.

The Product Manager is responsible for the overall business success of our clients’ software products. In particular, this includes working closely with clients to strategically advise them and build solutions in order to help them solve business problems and propel their business forward. The Product Manager will work closely and partner with global delivery teams (Engineering and Program Management) and the Client Services team to support pre-sales efforts; to consult with clients on business challenges; deliver best of breed products using Agile practices; and drive growth.🚀💻

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Backlog Ownership: Create and maintain a well-defined, prioritized product backlog aligned with business objectives. Coordinate delivery through PI planning, execution, and review cycles.

AI & Analytics Integration: Partner heavily with Data Science and AI Engineering teams to define Generative AI use cases, validate models, evaluate analytical outputs, and ensure mathematical robustness.

Domain-Specific Roadmap: Own the product roadmap for complex business modules (such as audience targeting, personalization, forecasting, or promotion planning), ensuring alignment with enterprise revenue and category management goals.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the cross-functional product lead for distributed teams across the US, LATAM, India, Canada, and Romania. Work with engineering leads to ensure scalable, secure, and feasible AI-powered solutions.

User Experience & Workflow Design: Collaborate with UX to design intuitive workflows, conversational AI interfaces, and decision-support tools. Champion the user's needs to minimize change resistance when adopting new data-driven tools.

Client Consulting & Advocacy: Support commercial and customer-facing teams by translating complex technical and AI capabilities into practical, clear business value.

Value Measurement: Monitor product adoption, customer feedback, model effectiveness, and operational metrics to continuously improve product performance and AI accuracy.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically building data-driven, analytical, AI, or large-scale B2B SaaS products.
  • Domain Expertise: Hands-on experience in at least one of the following highly transferable domains:
  • Retail Media Networks, FMCG, or Trade Promotion Management (TPM).
  • Loyalty Platforms and Customer Engagement engines.
  • AdTech, MarTech, or Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
  • Pricing, Revenue Management, or B2B Supply Chain software.
  • AI Literacy: Proven understanding of Generative AI concepts in a production environment. Must be familiar with LLM-powered experiences, agentic workflows, prompt-driven interfaces, and designing “human-in-the-loop” safeguards to mitigate AI hallucinations.
  • Data Fluency: Exceptionally strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven comfort level interpreting complex models, data algorithms, and predictive outputs.
  • Consulting Mindset: Strong track record of relationship-building, navigating ambiguity, and advising senior-level enterprise stakeholders.
  • Delivery Focus: Practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices and experience working with distributed, global teams.
  • Tools: Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI).

  • Experience managing AI token consumption, defining LLM guardrails, and navigating strict data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, Data Clean Rooms).
