Role Summary

The Senior Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Lead is responsible for overseeing the full revenue cycle process, ensuring accurate and timely reimbursement while driving operational efficiency across all stages of the revenue cycle. This role serves as a subject matter expert in medical billing, coding, claims management, payment posting, accounts receivable, and denial resolution, while providing leadership and guidance to support continuous process improvement.

The ideal candidate has extensive end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to improve revenue performance within a U.S. healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the complete Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process from patient registration and insurance verification through final payment collection.
  • Monitor daily revenue cycle operations to ensure timely claim submission, payment posting, accounts receivable follow-up, and denial management.
  • Review and resolve complex billing issues, claim denials, underpayments, and reimbursement discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with payer requirements, healthcare regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Analyze revenue cycle metrics and identify opportunities to improve cash flow, reduce denials, and optimize reimbursement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including billing, coding, clinical, and administrative departments, to improve operational performance.
  • Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members while promoting best practices in revenue cycle operations.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and overall financial performance.
  • Prepare reports and present revenue cycle performance metrics to leadership.
  • Stay current with changes in healthcare regulations, payer guidelines, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 to 5 years of full-cycle Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience in a U.S. healthcare environment.
  • Demonstrated experience across the complete revenue cycle, including patient registration, insurance verification, medical billing, coding, claims submission, payment posting, accounts receivable, denial management, and collections.
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience within an RCM or medical billing team is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. insurance payers, reimbursement processes, CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding concepts.
  • Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Electronic Health Records (EHR), practice management systems, and medical billing software.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on operational excellence and quality outcomes.
  • Willing to work full onsite in BGC, Taguig City.
  • Willing to work night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours.
