ABA Coordinator

Join our dedicated team committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young adults. We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented ABA coordinator. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with children in the ABA Clinic, helping them achieve greater independence and quality of life through evidence-based interventions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver specialized ABA treatment and support to children and young adults based on individualized plans.
  • Supervise and train ABA Support Staff in accurate data collection and implementation of treatment strategies.
  • Coordinate both Center-Based and Home-Based services in compliance with state regulations and guidelines.
  • Provide guidance to ABA Support Staff regarding administrative and operational issues.
  • Conduct activities on behalf of a designated caseload to ensure effective coordination with caregivers and other involved parties.
  • Collect, analyze, and manage data to prepare comprehensive summary reports on client progress.
  • Check insurance validity across clients.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure confidentiality of client information.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
  • Experience working with children in an ABA or behavioral health setting.
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles, methodologies, and ethical guidelines.
  • Excellent supervision and training skills for supporting staff development.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple services and communicate effectively with caregivers, team members, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data collection, management, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of state and agency guidelines related to behavioral health services.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for home-based service delivery preferred.
