Warehouse Utility Associate II

About The Role
Join our team in a hands-on role that offers growth opportunities, skill development, and cross-training across multiple warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform warehouse bulk pulls and maintain accurate inventory control.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Complete physical and administrative warehouse tasks.
- Support receiving, staging, and distribution activities.
- Operate forklifts to move materials and inventory throughout the facility.
- Drive a company-owned 26-foot box truck (non-CDL) to transport materials between local warehouse and operational sites.
- Assist with labeling, packaging, and organizing materials, parts, supplies, and equipment as needed.
- Provide occasional support for packaging and kitting operations at our JorPak location.
Work hour(s)
6 AM to 2:30 PM Monday through Friday
Pay & Benefits
- Starting Pay: $18.00–$18.50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
- Performance Reviews: Compensation is reviewed after your first 90 days and annually thereafter. Opportunities for pay increases are based on performance and contribution.
- Overtime Pay: Paid at applicable overtime rates for hours worked over 40 per week. Occasional weekend overtime may be available.
- PTO): Start earning PTO from day one. Employees receive 2 weeks of PTO in their first year, with opportunities to increase accrual up to 4 weeks annually based on tenure.

Requirements
- We're seeking a dependable, motivated team player who takes pride in their work and is ready to make an immediate impact.
- Local candidate preferred and available to start immediately or within two weeks.
- Strong English reading, comprehension, and communication skills. Ability to understand written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and follow verbal instructions.
- Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team while taking ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Reliable early riser who is ready to start the day on time and contribute to a productive work environment.
- Understands the importance of meeting deadlines and getting the job done right.

- Dependable, trustworthy, and honest with a strong work ethic.
- Valid Colorado Driver's License required.
- Must successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review prior to employment.
- Forklift experience required.
