About The Role

Manage our equity programs and related operational cycles (grants, vesting, settlements, and documentation)
Act as the main point of contact for equity topics across all stakeholders, including program participants, senior management, and partners in P&O, Finance, and Zalando
Continuously (re-)design and streamline equity processes to ensure smooth and accurate execution across all involved teams
Prepare, analyze, and present key HR metrics and reports for P&O, Finance, and Zalando stakeholders
Drive key P&O Analytics and Controlling initiatives beyond core equity cycles, translating complex data into actionable business insights
Exceptional numerical reasoning, logical thinking, and a problem-solving attitude
Advanced skills in MS Excel (or Google Sheets) and a strong affinity for working with data, systems, and tools
High attention to detail, strong process-oriented mindset, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly to stakeholders at different levels
Degree in Business, Economics, HR, Finance, Data/Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Excellent written and spoken English
