About The Role
DIGITAL INNOVATION ZONE ASSOCIATION is looking for an IVY volunteer!
The volunteer will support the Interreg project “CAMPUS - Digital campuses for European resilience" , under the Programme Interreg Europe.
The objective of the Interreg project "CAMPUS" is to support partner territories to become more digitally resilient. CAMPUS looks at how regional policies can support digital campuses for resilience, starting from the example of the Bretagne Cyber Campus, which is considered a key tool to support European resilience, allowing LRAs to improve their capacity of addressing today’s many cyber challenges.
CAMPUS brings together 10 partners from 7 countries, including 1 EU candidate country. They represent key policy players: regional and local authorities, innovation agencies, digital innovation hubs and one university.
The volunteer will be carrying out the activities
- drafting articles about the activities and events organised within the CAMPUS project;
- collaborating with the communication team to develop and promote content for the organisation's social media channels;
- supporting the organisation of project meetings, working groups, workshops and other events, including the preparation of materials and logistical arrangements;
- contributing to the development of communication and dissemination materials (presentations, newsletters and informational materials);
- supporting communication with project partners and relevant stakeholders involved in the implementation of project activities;
- contributing to the collection and promotion of project good practices and results;
- monitoring communication activities and supporting the reporting of communication indicators;
- proposing and implementing personal initiatives aimed at increasing the project's visibility, strengthening stakeholder engagement and enhancing the impact of project activities;
- conducting interviews or collecting testimonials from project partners and event participants;
- supporting the creation of visual communication materials, such as infographics, presentations and event photography.

- Financial support of: 25.16 euros per day (week-end and holidays included) .
- Location: Iași, Romania.
- Start and duration: in May 2027, for 6 months.
- Languages*: English (B1).
- *Please be aware that the languages mentioned are the minimum level of command required.
