Are you passionate about IT and providing exceptional customer service? B+LNZ is looking for a dedicated and service-oriented part-time Service Desk Analyst to join our IT support team. This role will provide first and second-level IT support to all B+LNZ staff, act as the first point of contact for all systems-related queries and contribute to business analysis and project management across the organisation.

What we ask of you

  • At least 1 year in an IT support role.
  • Previous customer-facing experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Quick to learn new technical skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, M365, Azure, and basic networking (TCP/IP).

This is a fixed-term, part-time position for 12 months, based in our Wellington office, working Monday to Friday from 1:15pm to 5:00pm (18.75 hours per week).

You may be required to travel to represent Beef + Lamb New Zealand and participate in regional and national collaborative processes or similar forums.
