About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, business-oriented attorney with 8+ years of experience to support Eon's commercial growth and expanding U.S. operations. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership teams, helping drive complex commercial transactions while balancing legal risk and business objectives.
The ideal candidate is a pragmatic and solutions-oriented lawyer who thrives in a fast-paced technology environment and enjoys partnering closely with business leaders to accelerate growth and close strategic deals.
What You'll Do

- Serve as the primary legal advisor supporting Eon's U.S. commercial operations.

- Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of a broad range of commercial agreements, including enterprise customer, partner, reseller, vendor, and SaaS agreements.

- Partner closely with Sales and Revenue leadership to structure, negotiate, and close strategic enterprise transactions.

- Advise business stakeholders on legal and commercial risks, providing practical, business-focused guidance.

- Support strategic partnerships, channel programs, and go-to-market initiatives.

- Develop and improve contract templates, negotiation playbooks, and scalable legal processes.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Security, Product, and Compliance teams to support business objectives and customer requirements.
What You'll Bring
- -
- J.D. degree and active membership in good standing with the New York State Bar.
- -
- 8+ years of legal experience, including significant commercial contracting and transaction experience.

- Experience at a leading law firm and/or in-house at a SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, or technology company.

- Strong expertise negotiating enterprise SaaS, technology, and strategic commercial agreements.

- Proven ability to balance legal risk with business objectives and support revenue-generating initiatives.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- -
- Ability to operate independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
