The role

As an Account Manager, you will help drive our goals by

  • Delivering financial targets across assigned accounts and segments within the region
  • Building and strengthening relationships with new and existing customers to support long-term growth
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities, including project pipelines and displacement opportunities
  • Collaborating with internal teams such as R&D, Legal, Finance and Production to support commercial activity
  • Leading or supporting contract and supply agreement negotiations with key customers
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and customer engagement

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role

  • Degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry (Bachelor’s required , Master’s preferred)
  • Proven experience in account management within a technical or scientific environment
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to position solutions in complex customer environments
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to plan, prioritise and manage multiple opportunities and customer relationships
  • Experience working with pharmaceutical or agrochemical markets is advantageous
