Regional Sales Manager - US

The role

As a Regional Sales Manage r , you will help drive our goals by

• Leading commercial activity across the region, delivering revenue growth and achieving business targets.
• Managing strategic customer relationships and expanding opportunities across the Chemical and LST product portfolio.
• Coaching and developing a regional sales team, driving performance, engagement and capability growth.
• Identifying new business opportunities, supporting product scale- up and coordinating cross-functional customer solutions.
• Providing market int elligence, forecasting demand and supporting pricing and budgeting decisions.
• Working closely with operations, R&D and commercial stakeholders to optimise products, support innovation and maximise customer value.

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role

• Experience leading and developing commercial or sales teams in a technical or industrial environment.
• Knowledge of platinum group metals markets and their industrial applications.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability t o manage complex customer portfolios.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and build long-term customer relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, including technical and commercial presentations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
