Why This Role Matters

The Piling Superintendent / SEP Superintendent plays a critical role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and successful execution of marine piling operations. As the senior operational authority on board, this position ensures that all work is delivered in compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and contractual requirements while maintaining productivity and quality performance.

What You'll Drive

  • Safe and efficient execution of piling operations from Self-Elevated Platforms (SEP), jack-up barges, and other marine installations.
  • Leadership and coordination of marine crews, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Compliance with HSE standards, quality requirements, and approved work methodologies.
  • Effective workforce management, equipment utilization, and production performance monitoring.
  • Strong collaboration between engineering teams, client representatives, and project management to achieve project objectives and operational excellence.

You'll Be a Great Fit If You Have

  • A minimum of 10 years of construction experience, including at least 5 years in marine piling operations.
  • Proven experience operating from Self-Elevating Platforms (SEP), Marine Piling Vessels, and/or crane barges.
  • Strong background in marine infrastructure projects, such as ports and terminals, offshore energy developments, bridges, coastal structures, and heavy marine lifting operations.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline.
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills, with the ability to manage marine crews, subcontractors, and multiple stakeholders in a dynamic project environment.
  • A solid understanding of HSE, quality, and operational best practices within marine construction projects.
