Seasonal Inventory Associate

About The Role

Seasonal Position: This position is part of our seasonal production team and is expected to run from August through January. We are seeking dependable team members who can commit to working the full season. Top-performing seasonal employees may be considered for future seasonal or permanent opportunities.

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm with a 1-hour paid lunch break

Job Duties

  • Pick and group required inventory items used for the manufacturing process while maintaining accurate records
  • Perform regular cycle counts, support full physical inventories, and conduct audits for process integrity
  • Accurately input inventory data sets into the ERP system
  • Receive and process incoming stock, ensuring accurate labeling and tagging
  • Assist in identifying, reporting, and resolving transaction errors, including proper material usage
  • Investigate differences between physical counts and recorded inventory levels
  • Use software to track inventory and generate reports
  • Monitor and maintain inventory procedures, address aging and obsolete inventory, and perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a warehouse or inventory role is preferred
  • Experience with NetSuite ERP and RF-Smart WMS is preferred
  • Knowledge and experience with PC hardware is preferred

Physical Demands

  • Able to stand for the duration of the workday
  • Able to use a keyboard, headset, and computer monitor for the workday
  • Must possess mobility to work in a standard warehouse setting, vision to read printed materials and a computer screen, hearing and speech to communicate in person, and finger dexterity to access, enter, and retrieve computer data
  • Able to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 65lbs and heavier weights with the proper equipment
  • Able to bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and climb to perform work
  • Comfortable using warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training will be provided if necessary)
