Casino Coordinator
Stakemate · Eastern Region, Malta
About The Role
We're looking for a Casino Coordinator to support our Casino Manager in the day-to-day running of the casino. We're live in the UK and expanding into new regulated markets, and as our portfolio and provider network grow, so does the operational work behind them. This role keeps that engine running.
Reporting to the Casino Manager, you'll own the operational and administrative work across campaigns, game releases, provider coordination and reporting — with clear oversight and room to grow. You'll learn how a modern online casino runs end to end and become the reliable coordination point across our internal teams and game providers. Get this right and you'll free up the Casino Manager to focus on strategy and growth, which is exactly why the role exists.
It's a great first step for someone early in their iGaming career who's organised, curious and wants to build in a commercial casino function. The role is based in Malta, working hybrid.
Must-have
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines at once.
- A genuine interest in online casino / iGaming and a desire to build a career in it.
- Confident with data and reporting — strong Excel, and comfortable pulling numbers from reporting/BI tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Able to coordinate effectively across multiple internal teams and external partners.
- An awareness of responsible gambling and why player trust matters.
- Based in Malta and eligible to work there.
Nice-to-have
- Previous experience in an iGaming, casino or online gaming environment.
- Familiarity with casino game providers and aggregators.
- Understanding of casino KPIs and game basics.
- Exposure to casino platform and back-office tools.
- Exposure to QA testing or working within a regulated environment.
- Additional European languages.
You
You take genuine ownership of your work and deliver it reliably, collaborating closely within a small team and supporting colleagues wherever needed. You bring a curious, commercially minded approach, always seeking to understand the reasons behind the work rather than simply completing tasks.
What You'll Do
- Provide day-to-day operational support across the casino, helping investigate and resolve issues — including vendor-specific product issues — and escalating where needed.
- Support campaign planning, setup and management — working closely with the Casino Manager and collaborating with CRM, Compliance and Marketing to make sure copy and mechanics are in place and signed off.
- Track provider release schedules and support portfolio planning and extension using popularity lists and gap analysis.
- Request and organise game artwork in advance for upcoming releases and campaigns.
- Add new games to the platform and carry out QA testing ahead of release.
- Prepare regular reports on games and game performance, with scope to expand into wider KPI reporting over time.
- Support the Player Experience team with casino-related questions and guidance.
- Assist with testing and coordination during new provider onboarding.
- Coordinate across Finance, Growth, CRM and Compliance to keep casino work moving.
- Attend internal meetings and help keep casino operations organised and on track.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary, plus stock options after completing probation.
- A rare opportunity to join one of the most exciting betting startups in the early stages.
- A clear progression path to more ownership.
Working Setup
- A Malta-based role: 3 days a week in our St Julians Office.
