Position Overview

H.B. Fuller is seeking a Production Operator I to support safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for operating production equipment, following established procedures, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts. The Production Operator I works collaboratively to meet production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Operate manufacturing equipment according to standard operating procedures.
  • Accurately measure, mix, package, and label products.
  • Meet daily production, quality, and safety targets.
  • Perform routine equipment inspections and basic troubleshooting.
  • Complete production records and inventory documentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S practices.
  • Follow all safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve production issues.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse operations.
  • Ability to read work instructions and accurately complete documentation.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
  • Authorization to work in the country of employment without sponsorship.

Preferred Requirements

  • Associate degree or technical training in a related field.
  • 2+ years of manufacturing or chemical processing experience.
  • Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
  • Experience using production systems, scanners, or inventory software.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.

The salary for this role is $20.00-$23.00.
