We are looking for an experienced Team Lead, Product Marketing to lead a fast-growing team that works on some of the internet's leading websites, driving A-Z digital marketing strategy and execution.
What you'll be doing
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product marketing specialists, setting clear goals, providing feedback, and supporting professional growth
- Own and define promotional strategies to meet and exceed product sales targets/KPIs across the team's portfolio
- Oversee the execution of display advertising tactics, including keyword research and expansion, ad creation, campaign performance tracking, and audience/placement analysis
- Set direction for evaluating and improving campaign effectiveness, ensuring the team applies best practices
- Guide analysis of traffic sources and metrics to build test cases for revenue generation (PC/Mobile)
- Prioritize and oversee optimization and testing roadmaps across the team
- Drive an A/B testing and optimization culture to grow revenue, and approve recommendations for new landing pages and page improvements
- Monitor market changes and lead benchmarking against online competitors
- Establish and own a continuous improvement process for brands/campaigns
- Design, direct, and monitor user acquisition and retention strategies
- Consolidate and present daily/monthly metrics and overall sales performance to stakeholders and leadership
- Oversee traffic, keyword/branding rankings, search engine deployments, and general SEO functionality
- Partner closely with Product Managers and Monetization specialists to conceptualize and prioritize SEO-centric ideas and optimizations based on feasibility and business impact
- Manage team workload, resourcing, and reporting cadence
What you'll need to be successful
Must haves
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a similar field
- 4+ years of professional digital marketing experience, including 1–2 years leading or mentoring a team
- Strong analytical mindset
- Proven digital marketing experience across multiple channels
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people-management skills
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills
- Strong reporting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach

- Experience working at a medium or large company.
- Statistics or Math related education background
