THE ROLE

• This isn't a "book meetings forever" BDR role.
• You'll own outbound, generate pipeline, partner closely with Account Executives and gain exposure to the full sales cycle. We want to develop future AEs, not career BDRs.

You'll be

• 🎯 Prospecting through phone, email and LinkedIn
• 📞 Speaking with Finance Leaders, CFOs and C-suite executives
• 🤝 Booking high-quality meetings that convert into revenue
• 💡 Creating personalised outreach that actually gets replies
• 🚀 Working alongside experienced AEs and learning how complex deals are won
• 🤖 Using AI and modern sales tools to work smarter, not harder

WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You might have

• 1+ year as a SaaS BDR or 2-3 years in a high-performing outbound sales role
• Fluent German
• A track record of smashing targets and building pipeline
• Confidence on the phone (you actually enjoy cold calling)
• A curious, resilient, competitive mindset
• A genuine interest in startups, technology and AI

• Bonus points if you've sold into finance teams, fintech, ERP software or if you're already using AI to make yourself more productive.
