Lead Account Manager Groceries Kazakhstan

• As our Groceries Manager/Lead, you will act and operate as a startup within a startup. Your
• mission is to make everything in cities immediately accessible by leading the groceries
• business through a 360-degree approach focused on analytical excellence and results-driven
• execution. You will be a builder, driving growth and ensuring the profitability of our groceries

and specialties categories. You will

 

• Take full ownership of the groceries P&L and drive growth through user and order penetration.
• Lead and inspire a local groceries team to achieve flawless execution.
• Develop and scale our darkstore and partner business models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and procurement.
• Monitor and improve key metrics such as NPS (user and partner satisfaction) and CM1.

 

• 4-6 years of experience in groceries, e-commerce, retail, or FMCG industry.
• Proven track record in Key Account Management and leadership.
• Multidisciplinary expertise with strong fundamentals in marketing, finance, and operations.
• Analytical mindset with a results-driven, problem-solving approach.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
