Java Developer - IAM (REF5720M)

• Develop and enhance Java-based applications and components
• Design and implement new features
• Optimize and refactor existing solutions
• Perform technical analysis and troubleshooting of issues
• Develop and maintain integrations
• Identify and implement automation opportunities
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and international professional teams
• Occasionally investigate more complex application support issues

• Requirements
• Several years of practical experience as a Java developer
• Strong object-oriented programming (OOP) skills
• Ability to work independently, in a structured and responsible manner
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• At least business-level English or German language proficiency
• Openness to working in an international team environment
• Strong commitment to writing high-quality, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Preferred Qualifications
• German language skills
• Experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) or Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• Knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ
• Familiarity with the SCIM protocol
• Experience with Active Directory and LDAP
• PowerShell knowledge
• Experience developing APIs and system integrations
• Understanding of access management and identity management processes
• Experience working in a large enterprise or international IT environment
