YOUR NEW ROLE

• Champion data-driven decision making in alignment with the ED&A data strategy and PB priorities.
• Build and maintain modern data infrastructure, ensuring scalability and adaptability to emerging technologies.
• Drive the adoption and integration of Gen AI and advanced analytics to deliver actionable insights and automation opportunities across the business.
• Ensure the business is continually supported with timely, relevant, and context-rich reporting and analytics.
• Delivery of 90 day goals to provide business and process improvements.
• Enable compliance with all statutory reporting requirements

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

•4+ plus years experience in Data Analytics

• Operational excellence in data management, business process automation, and risk management.
• Strong knowledge of databases/warehouses and modern reporting tools (MS SQL, Power BI, DataBricks , Python).
• Problem solving, process design, and continuous improvement mindset.
• Effective liaison with project teams, end users, and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with technology delivery pipelines and agile ways of working.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS) for data access and reporting
• Track record of upskilling teams advanced analytics.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Data warehouse infrastructures and data standards
• Experience with data warehouse infrastructures, data standards, and compliance.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT

• Tertiary qualifications in a business, analytics, or technology-related field.
