Jump is the AI operating system for financial advisors, transforming meetings, emails, and documents into structured data, automated workflows, and compliance-ready outputs.
Founded in 2022, Jump delivers AI-powered capabilities that reduce busywork, uncover growth opportunities, and elevate the advisor-client relationshipāwhile maintaining industry-leading compliance.
Weāre building the intelligence layer that powers the modern advisory firmāhelping advisors save time, grow faster, and deliver better outcomes for their clients.
Jumpās team values are
šļøšØ High Velocity: You are self-driven, use good judgment, and deliver high-quality work at speed.
š World Class: You demonstrate excellence, study what great looks like, continuously learn, and raise the bar for the team.
š¤ Direct + Kind + No Drama: You communicate directly and openly, act with and assume best intent, and handle conflict productively.
šÆ ABOUT THE ROLE
Jumpās core platformāthe advisor meeting cycle and operating systemāis the engine of everything we do. Weāre looking for a Director of Product to own that engine: driving product strategy across Meet and Jump OS, leading a team of 4ā6 PMs, and setting the standard for how product gets built and shipped at Jump.
This is a role for a seasoned product leader who has been the PM behind a category-defining core product, knows how to build and develop high-performing teams, and brings the commercial instinct to connect every product decision to real customer value and revenue outcomes.
Youāll partner directly with Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market leadership to define what comes next and make sure it gets delivered with excellence. The scope is deliberately broad: weāre looking for a leader who can anchor the core while staying flexible enough to contribute to Jumpās emerging adjacent opportunities as the product org scales.
š ļø WHAT YOUāLL DO
- Own product strategy and roadmap for Meet and the operating system, with flexibility to extend into adjacent product areas.
- Lead and develop a team of 4ā6 PMs, including hiring, onboarding, career development, and performance management.
- Partner with Engineering and Design leadership to drive roadmap execution, quality, and velocity.
- Set the bar for PM craft at Jump through frameworks, processes, documentation, and team norms that raise everyoneās output.
- Drive cross-functional alignment on roadmap, pricing and packaging, and integration points with Jumpās broader product surface.
- Represent the product perspective in executive and go-to-market conversations, bringing commercial clarity and customer insight into every strategic discussion.
- Hold the team accountable to outcomes, not just outputs, with clear success metrics, honest PMF assessment, and proactive communication when things arenāt working.
- Help build Jump into a career-making, exceptional place to work.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
š± IN THE FIRST 30 DAYS
- Build context on Jumpās product, customers, market, team, and operating cadence.
- Align with your manager, Product leadership, Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market partners on priorities, expectations, and success metrics.
- Develop a clear understanding of the Meet product, Jump OS, the current roadmap, and the biggest opportunities and risks.
šŖ“ IN THE FIRST 60ā90 DAYS
- Establish strong operating rhythms with PMs, Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market partners.
- Clarify product strategy, roadmap priorities, and success metrics for Meet and Jump OS.
- Identify opportunities to raise the bar for PM craft, team norms, documentation, and cross-functional decision-making.
- Begin coaching and developing the PM team with clear expectations and high-quality feedback.
š³ IN THE FIRST 6ā12 MONTHS
- Drive measurable impact across core product outcomes, customer value, and revenue-aligned priorities.
- Build and scale a high-performing PM team that operates with clarity, ownership, and strong execution.
- Improve how Jump builds, ships, measures, and iterates on core product experiences.
- Help set the standard for what world-class AI-powered product development looks like for financial advisors.
š ABOUT YOU
You may be a strong fit if you have
- 10ā15+ years of PM experience, with at least 3ā5 years managing PM teams.
- A track record of owning and scaling a core product surfaceānot just shipping features, but building something that became the center of gravity for a business.
- Strong people leadership: you develop PMs, build team culture, and hold a high bar without creating drama.
- Deep user empathy: you understand that products in financial services live or die on trust, and you design with that constraint at the center.
- Commercial instinct: you connect product decisions to revenue, know what real demand pull looks like, and donāt confuse polite feedback with validated signal.
- Comfort with ambiguity and scope: you write your own brief, define success criteria before asking for resources, and stay oriented when priorities shift.
- Strong cross-functional presence: youāre as credible in a sales debrief as you are in an engineering sprint planning session.
- A direct, kind, low-drama working style and a desire to help Jump raise the bar.
⨠NICE TO HAVES
- Background in fintech, financial services, or advisor-facing products.
- Experience with AI-powered or data-intensive SaaS.
- Startup or high-growth environment experience.
- Prior experience building or scaling a PM org from the ground up.
š” WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
Jump is at an inflection point. The core platform is proven: advisors trust it, firms are adopting it, and the product is becoming the operating system of modern advisory practice.
The Director of Product will be the leader who takes that momentum and builds the engine behind Jumpās next chapter: a scaled, world-class product team and a platform that continues to set the standard for what AI can do for financial advisors.
