Key Accountabilities

• Customer complaint handling, lead corrective actions and preventive actions
• Process quality control, improvement and problem-solving
• Implement quality planning/validation for new projects & product/process changes
• Responsible for submitting PPAP for customer approval
• Manage customer audit, customer visit and actions follow-up
• Resolve incoming inspection issues and collaborate with regional Supplier Quality to drive supplier performance improvement
• Lead VDA6.3 Process Audits and LPA, drive team collaboration on corrective actions
• Supervise quality technicians and inspectors (IQC, IPQC, FQC)
• Quality management systems maintenance and optimization
• Support Lean culture deployment and enhancement in quality function
• Other tasks assigned by manager

Education Qualification

Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Quality Management or related fields preferred

Technical Competence & Skills

• Solid knowledge on IATF16949/ISO9001, IATF internal auditor
• Be proficient in AIAG core tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, CP), familiar with VDA6.3 process audit and VDA6.5 product audit
• Strong problem-solving skills, good at 8D, fishbones, 5WHYs

Leadership Competence

• Strong communication skills and good teamwork spirit
• Good cross-departmental coordination and cross-cultural collaboration

Relevant Experience

• 5+ years of quality management experience in manufacturing industry (Automotive preferred)
• 3+ years of team management experience

Others (% of travel, language, etc.)

• Be good at oral & written English
• Be able to travel when required (20%)
