Support the development and standardization of operational processes across the plant by partnering with Plant and Operations leadership to document, optimize and implement Standard Work practices. Collaborate with the Project Engineer on sustainability initiatives focused on improving environmental performance, reducing waste and supporting continuous improvement projects aligned with the company's sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in documenting and standardizing operational processes and Standard Work across manufacturing areas.
• Partner with Plant and Operations leadership to identify opportunities for process consistency and operational excellence.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of Standard Work documentation and visual management tools.
• Collaborate with the Project Engineer on environmental sustainability projects, including waste reduction, resource optimization and process improvements.
• Collect, analyze and report operational and sustainability KPIs.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities using Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
• Support cross-functional teams in executing operational excellence and sustainability initiatives.
• Prepare presentations, documentation and progress reports for project updates.

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s degree program
• Intermediate level of English (reading and writing)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point).
• Demonstrate initiative and a willingness to take on responsibilities
