Position: Full-Time

Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Role Description

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will provide teletherapy services focused on assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical support. This role emphasizes continuity of care, client engagement, and measurable outcomes—all within a fully remote structure designed for efficiency and balance.

Responsibilities

Conduct psychosocial assessments via telehealth
Provide individual therapy sessions
Develop and maintain treatment plans
Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner
Adhere to ethical, legal, and licensing standards

Requirements

Active Missouri LCSW license
Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
Clinical experience in mental health treatment
Familiarity with telehealth platforms
Organized and self-directed work style
