Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Position: Full-Time

• Salary: $115,000–$120,000/year + Full Benefits
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Summary

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , you will provide expert mental health services remotely, helping clients manage and overcome personal challenges through therapeutic interventions. This role offers the opportunity to support individuals' mental health and emotional well-being while maintaining a flexible, remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy via telehealth.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments.
• Document client progress and treatment outcomes.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with privacy laws.
• Participate in regular supervision and peer collaboration.

Requirements

• LCSW certification.
• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW).
• At least 2 years of clinical experience.
• Familiarity with telehealth software and techniques.
