Data Analyst

We are looking for a Data Analyst to support data-driven transformation initiatives by leveraging analytics, automation, and business intelligence solutions. This role plays a key part in improving operational efficiency, enhancing user experience, and supporting strategic decision-making through actionable insights.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data, as well as developing reports and dashboards that enable stakeholders to make informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Insights

• Collect, clean, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
• Transform complex data into meaningful insights to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to support business needs and ongoing initiatives.

Reporting & Visualization

• Design, create, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Communicate findings and analytical results to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting solutions.

Data Management & Automation

• Utilize Alteryx to prepare, blend, transform, and automate data workflows.
• Support the industrialization and optimization of data processes.
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring reporting and analytical tasks.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data governance and quality practices.

Stakeholder Support

• Partner with business teams to understand analytical requirements and translate them into data solutions.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to different departments and stakeholders.
• Support data-driven decision-making across business functions.

 

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence environments.
• Experience working with large datasets and transforming data into actionable insights.
• Experience with data preparation, blending, and automation processes.

Technical Skills

• Strong analytical and statistical skills.
• Advanced proficiency in:
• SQL
• Excel
• Python and/or R
• Experience with data visualization tools such as:
• Power BI
• Tableau
• Hands-on experience with Alteryx for data preparation, transformation, analysis, and automation.
• Understanding of data modeling, data quality, and reporting best practices.

Languages

• English – Fluent/Expert (mandatory)

Nice to Have

• Experience with predictive analytics or machine learning initiatives.
• Knowledge of process automation and workflow optimization.
• Familiarity with data governance and data quality frameworks.
• Exposure to Artificial Intelligence and data science concepts.
• Experience in operational or process improvement projects
