Treatment Coordinator

$25–$35/hour + Bonus Opportunities | Monday–Friday | No Weekends

Our brand-new state of the art dental practice is looking for a motivated Dental Treatment Coordinator .

We opened 6 months ago and are already so busy we need a second TC. This is a great opportunity to advance your career and make a good living while helping patients receive the best dental care!

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will help ensure patients have a smooth and positive experience while supporting the growth of the practice. Responsibilities include:

  • Presenting treatment plans and guiding patients through recommended care
  • Coordinating patient consultations and scheduling treatment appointments
  • Supporting case acceptance through clear and compassionate communication
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and treatment documentation
  • Working closely with the doctor and team to deliver an excellent patient experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in dental treatment coordination
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable discussing treatment plans, financial options, and patient scheduling
  • Organized, adaptable, and motivated to help build and improve systems
  • Positive, team-oriented mindset with a patient-focused approach
  • Someone who enjoys growing with a practice and contributing to long-term success

Schedule

  • Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • No weekends

Compensation & Benefits

  • $25–$35 per hour , based on experience

  • 1-3 years of experience as a dental treatment coordinator
  • Strong sales skills/personality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
