Responsible for translating user and business needs into system requirements, driving system design, integration, verification, and risk management to deliver compliant, high-quality products.

Your role

• Drive systems engineering activities across the product lifecycle, from requirements definition through design, integration, verification, and validation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, software, quality, regulatory, manufacturing, and supplier partners to deliver successful product outcomes.
• Lead requirements management, system architecture, risk assessments, design trade-off analyses, and change control activities.
• Contribute to innovation, continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, and the adoption of digital and AI-enabled engineering practices.

You're the right fit if

• 2+ years of experience in systems engineering, system design, system architecture, hardware engineering, or a related field; or a Master's degree with no prior experience required.
• Strong knowledge of requirements management, systems integration, verification & validation, risk management, and product development processes.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Computer Science Engineering, or equivalent.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with an interest in innovation, regulatory compliance, and AI-enabled engineering solutions.

Compensation and benefits

Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is €61.1851 Gross to €101.976 Gross. Pay within the range is determined using objective factors, including the skills required, relevant experience, role responsibilities, internal equity and local market considerations. The role is eligible for a maximum 3% bonus, linked to KPIs and company results. The full reward approach will be discussed during the interview process.

• How we work together
• We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
• Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
• Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
